I will conduct the meditation with a plan specifically tailored to achieve the parties goals. The mediation will be productive.
My fee will be reasonable for the task at hand.
If the matter is not resolved during the initial mediation session, I will be persistent and relentless in following up on all matters to conclusion. I will not give up.
